Butter cake recipe

Hope our viewer will try this at home! Bon appetite!


Ingredients:

185 g, butter, softened
1 cup caster sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
3 eggs
1/4 cup milk

Method :

  • preheat oven to 180°C and grease a 20cm cake tin well
  • in a large bowl, beat the butter, sugar and vanilla together
  • added the eggs, one at a time and beat well after addition
  • sift the floor over the mixture alternately with milk. Stir in lightly
  • spoon batter into prepared tin and bake for 50-60 min 
  • cool the cake in tin for a few minutes
  • cake can be iced or design with icing cream and some freshy fruits as your wish
